Job Description
- Supervision of landscape crew of 2 – 4 workers
- ability to multi task and lead a project from start to finish
- motivate team
- confidence to make on site decisions with minimal supervision
- installation of Interlocking driveways, patios and walkways
- construction of water features
- construction of natural stone walls and patios
- installation of garden beds and planting
- light maintenance such as pruning, trimming and mulching
Successful candidates will require
- a valid class G driver’s license and be able to get to employer designated location
- Physically fit for long days
- Able to work outdoors in all kinds of weather
- Must have a strong work ethic and be reliable
- Willing to learn
- Experience operating equipment and various power tools
- Education in Landscape Design, Construction or Horticulture would be a great asset
- Exceptional customer service
- Have a strong attention to detail
